Situated in West Sussex, DJM Refurbishments Limited are Principal Contractors operating from the Midlands down through the east and west counties, central London and the south coast. Although we offer our services to many sectors in the market place, our experience and expertise lies in the fast track refurbishment of both one-off projects and multiple commercial outlets. From basic refurbishments to the large extensive redevelopments of public houses, restaurants, hotels and nightclubs, we also offer an unparalleled service to the private residential sector.

The founder of the company and most of the staff have spent over 20 years in the construction industry working alongside many blue chip companies, together successfully completing over 500 projects within the Leisure and Entertainment industry, some of these clients and projects are illustrated on this website. From high street fast food outlets to the elite dining quarters within London's fashionable Mayfair and from multiple flat conversions to the full redevelopment of private residences.

Our clients want their designs to be built to the highest standard - we are dedicated to achieving this and liaise closely with architects and clients as their building concepts take shape.

On Budget: we are thorough in our evaluation and costing processes to produce comprehensive and competitive budgets, quotations and tenders. We also work with our clients and architects on cost reporting to ensure budgets are not exceeded.

On Time: we understand that any overrun of time costs money and creates stress - we are committed to completing projects by the agreed dates, fast track projects delivered on time are a must.

We have a solid network of very reliable highly experienced tradesmen; we always recruit only the very best craftsmen and demand a high level of dedication from them. We provide an excellent management system to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
